Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of the Vodds version of the online sports betting brokerage and casino service available via voddsi.com and its associated mirror domains, and set out the conditions under which you may access and use the Website and Services. By registering an account or using the Services after the Effective Date, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. Effective from 1 January 2026.
Definitions
In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise:
- Operator means the entity within Ole Group International that operates the Vodds sports betting brokerage and casino platform under Curaçao eGaming sub-license 8048/JAZ2017-058, accessible to UK users through voddsi.com and associated mirror domains such as vodds-key.com and vodds1.com.
- Website means the Vodds version of the Vodds platform, including voddsi.com, any subdomains, mobile versions, mirror domains and any software, APIs or widgets provided in connection with the Services.
- Services means all products and services made available on or through the Website, including the sports betting brokerage service (single-wallet access to third-party Asian bookmakers and betting exchanges), casino games (slots and live dealer), account services, payment processing and customer support.
- User or Player means any natural person who accesses the Website, opens an account, places a Bet or otherwise uses the Services.
- Account means the personal betting and gaming account registered in your name with the Operator for use of the Services.
- Bet means any wager, trade, stake or similar transaction placed via the Services, including but not limited to sports bets, exchange trades and casino wagers, whether settled by the Operator or a third-party bookmaker or exchange integrated into the platform.
- Bonus means any promotional offer, free bet, free spin, cashback, enhanced odds, deposit match or similar incentive granted by the Operator, whether automatically or upon meeting qualifying conditions.
- Wager or Wagering Requirement means the total amount that must be staked using deposited funds and/or Bonus funds before associated Bonus funds, free spins or winnings become withdrawable, as specified in the relevant promotion.
- Stake means the amount of money risked on a Bet, excluding any Bonus funds that may be applied in addition to the Stake according to promotion rules.
- Business Day means a day (other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday) when banks are generally open for business in Curaçao and, where relevant to payment processing, in the country of the payment service provider.

Account Registration

KYC, AML and Ongoing Verification
- Know Your Customer (KYC): The Operator may at any time request verification documents to comply with Curaçao AML and KYC obligations and internal risk controls. - Accuracy obligations: You must ensure that all information you provide during registration and throughout the life of your Account is accurate and kept up to date. Account Security and Responsibility
- Login details: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any other security credentials. You must not share them with any third party or allow anyone else to access your Account.
- Unauthorised use: Any Bet or transaction placed using your credentials will be treated as having been placed by you. You must notify the Operator immediately if you suspect that your Account has been compromised so that the Operator can take appropriate protective measures.
- Self-control and responsible gambling: You are responsible for assessing whether you can safely use offshore gambling services. If you are registered with GamStop or other UK self-exclusion schemes, you acknowledge that such schemes do not apply to the Website and that you must refrain from opening or using an Account with the Operator.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Betting Framework
- Brokerage model: The Services primarily operate as a sports betting brokerage, providing access to multiple third-party Asian bookmakers and betting exchanges (including but not limited to Pinnacle/PS3838, SBOBET, Singbet, ISN, Matchbook and Betfair). When you place a Bet, it may be laid with one or more of these third-party operators according to the platform's routing logic.
- Rules hierarchy: Settlement of Bets is governed first by these Terms, then by the Vodds platform rules published on voddsi.com/terms-and-conditions (including detailed betting rules in Section 5), and, to the extent relevant, by the underlying rules and house terms of the third-party bookmaker or exchange where the Bet is ultimately matched.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Each market, event, sport or casino game may have specific minimum and maximum stake limits. These may vary by liquidity, odds, provider and your Account status. The Website interface will normally indicate whether a requested stake exceeds permitted limits and, where possible, may offer partial acceptance.
Placing, Modifying and Cancelling Bets
- Bet placement: A Bet is considered accepted once it appears in your Account as "Placed", "Matched" or equivalent status. Until that time, a requested Bet may remain "Pending", "Processing" or "Unmatched" and may not be guaranteed.
- Bet confirmation: After submission, you should check your open Bets and transaction history to confirm that your Bet has been correctly recorded. The Operator is not obliged to honour Bets that were not properly accepted due to technical or connectivity issues.
- Modification and cancellation: Once a Bet has been accepted, you generally cannot amend or cancel it. Limited cancellation options may exist for unmatched exchange Bets or specific in-play markets, in which case any such functionality will be clearly indicated on the Website. The Operator may, at its discretion, void or cancel Bets in circumstances such as palpable error, regulatory requirements, fraud or collusion.
Conduct, Fair Use and Chat Rules
- Prohibited behaviour: You must not engage in any form of cheating, arbitrage that exploits obvious errors, bonus abuse, match-fixing, use of bots or scripts, account collusion, chip dumping or any other activity that the Operator reasonably considers to give you an unfair advantage or to undermine the integrity of the Services.
- Live casino and chat: Where live casino tables, chat rooms, or community features are provided, you must act respectfully toward dealers, other players and staff. Insults, harassment, hate speech, threats, obscene or abusive content, spam and solicitation of other Users are strictly prohibited.

If the Operator reasonably suspects misconduct, it may suspend or close your Account, void or adjust Bets, withhold Bonuses and winnings pending investigation, and report suspected criminal activity to relevant authorities.
Settlement of Bets and Results
- Official results: Sports Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body or event organiser at the time of settlement, unless otherwise specified in sport-specific rules. Later changes to results (for example, disciplinary decisions) usually do not affect settlement unless the Operator decides otherwise.
- Casino outcomes: All casino games, including live dealer games, are provided either by the Operator or by third-party game providers. Outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or live game mechanics. In the event of dispute about game outcomes, the Operator's server records and logs will be decisive, subject to applicable regulation.
- Errors and void bets: If, due to a technical, human or system error, a Bet is accepted at clearly incorrect odds, with an incorrect line or handicap, or in any other material error, the Operator may declare the Bet void or settle it at the correct odds or terms that should have applied.
Bonus Terms
Bonus Eligibility and Activation
- Promotional offers: From time to time, the Operator may offer Bonuses, such as welcome offers, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback, and free spins for the casino section. Each promotion is subject to these general Bonus Terms and any specific conditions spelled out in the corresponding offer description on the Website.
- Activation requirements: To activate a Bonus you may need to opt-in, enter a bonus code, make a qualifying deposit, place qualifying Bets or meet other conditions described in the promotion. If you do not follow the specified steps within the indicated timeframe, the Bonus may not be credited or may lapse.

Wagering Requirements and Timeframes
- Wagering obligations: Unless otherwise stated, Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. The required multiple of the Bonus and/or deposit amount will be clearly specified in the promotion (for example, 10x or 20x).
- Contribution of bets and games: Different Bet types and games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Prohibited Practices and Combining Promotions

Bonus Adjustments and Removal
- Right to amend: The Operator may modify, suspend or withdraw any Bonus or promotion at its discretion, including for regulatory, technical or commercial reasons. Such changes will not affect Bonuses already accepted unless required for legal or integrity reasons.
- Forfeiture: If you request a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, the Operator may, depending on the promotion terms, deduct the Bonus and any winnings derived from it from your balance. In some cases, you may choose to forfeit a Bonus manually from your Account interface.
- Abuse consequences: Where Bonus abuse is reasonably suspected, the Operator may remove Bonuses and associated winnings, adjust your balance, restrict eligibility for future promotions, and, in serious cases, suspend or close your Account.
Payments & Withdrawals

Withdrawals, Verification and Limits

Refunds, Chargebacks and Security Reviews

Limitation of Liability
Operator's Obligations and Service Standard

Where games are provided by third-party providers, the Operator takes reasonable steps to ensure that such providers are appropriately licensed or certified in their respective jurisdictions.

Exclusions and Limitations

- Maximum compensation: Subject to mandatory legal rights, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from a particular Bet, game or transaction is limited to the amount of the Stake actually placed by you on that Bet or game, or, in the case of an error resulting in an incorrect Account balance, to the amount of funds erroneously credited to your Account.
User Responsibility and Risk Acknowledgement
- Gambling risk: You acknowledge that using offshore betting and casino services involves financial risk, including the loss of your entire Stake. Termination & Suspension
Termination by the User

- Remaining balance: Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonuses and associated winnings that are not yet withdrawable) will normally be returned to you using a suitable payment method, subject to successful completion of KYC and AML checks.

Suspension or Termination by the Operator

Notice and Effects of Termination
- Notice: Where legally required and reasonably practicable, the Operator will inform you of the reasons for suspension or termination by email or through the Website. - Effect on Bets and Bonuses: Bets placed and accepted prior to termination will normally stand and be settled in accordance with these Terms, unless they involve a breach of law or integrity rules. Dispute Resolution
